Committee Members Chairman Paul Cranfield The role of Branch Chairman is to oversee the administration of the Branch, organise meetings and help encourage local CAMRA members to get involved with Branch activities, and represent your Branch at Regional meetings. Vice Chairman Alan Davies The purpose of this role is to support the Chairman and deputise in their absence to ensure that all branch activities are conducted to meet CAMRA’s aims and objectives and in accordance with CAMRA’s rules and policy documents. Secretary Kath Ward The role of the Branch Secretary is to support the Chairman in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Branch - including its compliance to the Branch's constitution. Treasurer Ged Hooker The role of Branch Treasurer is to keep the Branch accounts up to date and help the Branch run smoothly. Membership Secretary Dave Ward The purpose of the role is to recruit and retain CAMRA members and encourage participation. Branch Contact Andy Bell To be the liaison between the CAMRA Central Office and your local Branch. Pubs Database Coordinator Alan Davies The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the details of ALL open pubs (including those that do not sell real ale) within your Branch area. This data supports a wide range of pub campaigning activities, information for pub guides and surveys. Webmaster Dan Cassidy The purpose of this role is to develop and manage the Branch website so that it is effective in promoting CAMRA’s campaigns and activities in your Branch area, and further afield as appropriate. Cider Representitive Position Vacant Purpose of the Role is to promote and campaign for real cider and perry at branch level. Beer Score Coordinator Position Vacant The purpose of the role is to generate and maintain on behalf of CAMRA a listing of all National Beer Scoring System (NBSS) scores submitted either manually or electronically by members, regarding the licensed premises serving Real Ale, Cider or Perry within the branch boundaries. This is to ensure the best possible information is provided to the Branch when deliberating the annual Good Beer Guide and other nominations. Clubs Officer Alan Davies The purpose of the role is to stimulate and coordinate the Branch's clubs' activities in line with CAMRA's current Internal/External Policy Documents, policies and campaigns and report to the Branch Committee. Social Secretary Position Vacant The purpose of this role is to organise social activities of the Branch. Good Beer Guide Coordinator Alan Davies The purpose of this role is to compile and submit the Branch's proposed entries for CAMRA's annual Good Beer Guide (GBG) LocAle Coordinator Alan Davies Pubs Campaign Coordinator Position Vacant The purpose of this role is to initiate, stimulate and co-ordinate pub campaigning activities within your Branch area, in line with CAMRA's aims and policies on pub campaigning. Newsletter Editor Position Vacant Purpose of the role is to manage the publication of a free Branch Magazine which promotes both local and national CAMRA campaigning issues and events.
