ALAN LUCAS  - RIP



Some sad news. Alan died earlier this week.



As some of you may know, Alan's Alzheimer's has been getting progressively worse over the last couple of years.



A sad ending to a fulfilled life. A stalwart of amateur football, a long career with ICI, and a considerable contribution to Billingham Catholic Club and to CAMRA over many years.



In particular, Alan played a significant role in helping to organise the ARC beer festival for over 10 years.



Always helpful, always constructive, it was a pleasure to be in his company.
